Exciting progress is underway at The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Palm Beach Gardens, with significant construction milestones reached. Our team is proud to highlight key achievements, including the pouring of concrete for foundation bases and elevator pits and the start of garage-level walls and columns for the North and East Towers.
Every aspect of these processes is executed with meticulous care, from precise form and rebar work to coordinated concrete pours.
As this transformative project continues to ascend, it will serve as a symbol of architectural distinction and appointed waterfront living in Palm Beach Gardens’ most desirable address.
Each elevator pit has been expertly formed, reinforced with rebar gridwork, and poured with over 400 cubic yards of concrete, requiring a convoy of more than 40 concrete trucks per pit. Currently, four of the five elevator pits for the North and East buildings have been successfully completed and poured.
The expansive 14-acre site, abuzz with ongoing full-scale construction.
